Any house listing that starts with a red Ferrari 458 in the driveway is going to be good, but we didn't expect this.
What we have here is a one story, two bedroom, four bath house in Bellevue, WA, spanning 3,500 square feet. It has an exercise room and kitchen by Snaidero Ferrari – the design company started by Paolo Pininfarina, Sergio's youngest son – and there's a guest house off to the side.
But it's the 16-car garage, complete with lift and workshop that has us questioning our career choices. Four million seems like a steal, and maybe you can negotiate in the 911 Turbo or V8 Vantage as part of the price.
