It has taken a lot of dreaming, a lot of research, and a lot of long hours of hard work to get here. Finally, we are making our dream happen after 2 years of planning and searching for the perfect place in Clintonville. Patience and perseverance have been the life lessons we would pass along to other start-up breweries. Hold true to your vision and believe that it will happen. I guess that is what we were thinking when we were purchasing some killer equipment before we really had a place to put it. Seeing as it fit “just right” in our Clintonville garages, it must have been a sign.
As we enter the architectural drawing and then construction phase, we look forward to new challenges. If life wasn’t full of challenges, the rewards would not be as sweet. Life’s tall, refreshing, full-flavored *reward* is so close I can almost taste it. Gulp gulp…ahh…
